| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the family meeting of the club held on 28-08-24 at rotary community hall at 8:30 PM 1. No. of Rotarians present: 13 2. No. Anns Present: 3 3. Guest present : 1 4. Meeting was presided by President Rtn. Milind Bodhankar. After National Anthem and Four-way test (Read by Rtn. Sanjay Bondarde), President welcomed all members. Birthday wishes were passed on to respective members and their family members. 5. Secretary Rtn. Divakaran Pillai read the minutes of the meeting held on 21-08-24, and it was approved by the members. 6. Rtn. Sunita Chavan briefed the members about the Raksha Bandhan program on 21-8-24 with the Innerwheel club of Khopoli 7. Rtn. Rajendra Jagtap gave details of Blood donation program on 23-08-24 at KMC college. He informed that 16 packets of blood were collected. Rtn. Sunita Chavan was the only Rotarian who donated blood and she was felicitated. 8. Rtn Rohit Bhalla briefed the members about the membership seminar at Pune on 25-08-24, which was attended by Rtns. Milind Bodhankar, Divakaran Pillai and Rohit Bhalla. Club received two trophies for our performance during this year. 9. Rtn. Kavita Khopkar gave a brief narration of Ganapathy idol making workshop at our community hall on 24-08-24 jointly with the Innerwheel club of Khopoli. 10. Club celebrated all birthdays and marriage anniversaries during the month of August by cutting a special cake with the names of our members and their family members, who had birthdays in August. 11. Rtn. Divakaran Pillai gave details about our proposed RYLA on 31st August and 1st September at our community hall for the interact members 12. Rtn. Anil Khalapurkar made a good power point presentation of recent his pilgrimage trip to Chardham. Members were very happy about this special information. 13. Secretary informed about the meeting of Board of Directors at Campolian resort on 30-08-24. He requested the presence of members during the forthcoming RYLA at community hall on 31st August and 1st September. It was also announced that the next regular meeting of our club will be on 04-09-24 at our community hall and it will be business meeting. 14. meeting was adjourned and all members and guests enjoyed the delicious dinner hosted by the family of Rtn.
