Teachers, Students and the Rotarians assembled in the specified room the meeting was to take place. Program started with Prayer, Lighting of the lamp with prayer song. Then the guests were welcomed by the students. Outgoing Pr3esident expressed all her achievements during her time and then the Incoming President was Installed with her collar. She was given the Gong with the Havel. later she introduced her BOD members. She read out her plan and then the oath was taken by all the students. Later all the Rotarians, Chief guest and the Principal gave their speech. Children were very happy. Meeting was adjourned and all left the hall.
