Aero-modelling Project was organised by Rotary Club of Khopoli on 6.2.2016 at Pant. Patankar Krida Maidan, Khopoli. Students from all Khopoli schools were introduced to the science of Airplanes, Different types and purposes of planes, the working and mechanism of plane parts, it's functioning. The educational session was followed by wonderful demonstration of skills and acrobatic performance of Plane models viz. Drones, Fighter planes etc. All students were thrilled by the performance of the Airplane models. Students came to know about new carrier called Aero-modeler. The main was to make student aware about science behind the flying planes. Hopefully this will ignite the spark in students to become future Pilots, Aero-modelers.
